Sudan's domino effect may be here - this seems to be from a protest against Isaias Afwerki, the first and only president of Eretria since it gained independence in 1993. The caption says: "It's your turn Dr.", the exact same slogan that started the 2011 Syrian revolution.
Just below that caption, it says: "Sudan is the teacher to other nations"
Correction: I misread, it says "it's your turn, dictator" (not doctor). Still reminded me of "it's your turn, doctor", spray painted on the walls in Daraa by school children in 2011
The banner seems to have been held up in protests in Sudan, probably by Eritreans?
