And he has a point there. The Supreme Court never went into the aspect of clean chit in its Dec 2018 judgment. It only addressed a limited aspect of whether there was enough material warranting its interference under A 32. And it answered that in the negative.
#Rafale: Gandhi says that his statement was also made in the context, purely politically to counter the misinformation campaign of senior BJP leaders about the Dece 14, 2018 judgment of SC which BJP leaders said is a clean chit to govt.
If @RahulGandhi is guilty of misinterpreting SC judgment and attributing statements to SC, would BJP leaders also be held accountable for a similar infraction?
