To be clear if Jordan Peterson is the inspiration for your psychology career I don’t want you anywhere near my brain. Or anyone elses.
There really is no better encapsulation of the lack of self awareness of Jordan Peterson fans.

I'm dredging this article up now because for many people, it is the ne plus ultra of bad humanities writing, the archetypal example of "Grievance Studies" scholarship that adds nothing of value to human knowledge, and in fact may actively detract from it.

I'm seeing accounts call themselves "bot hunters" & run prominent resistance accounts thru sites like botcheck.me. If the site says the account is a #Bot, they tweet that info.

It's a tactic to discredit #Resistance accounts & sow #chaos & #Division. THREAD 1/5
These fake "bot hunters" count on people believing them & blocking the accounts they call bots. This reduces the resistance account's reach & effectiveness.

I'm entirely tired of men who insist that Kevin Williamson couldn't possibly have been "serious" about wanting to hang women for getting abortions, despite the fact that he said it multiple times. mediamatters.org/blog/2018/04/0…
I'm entirely tired of it because it's not just about Williamson, but because of the larger context in which this defense of him sits — the context in which far too many men disbelieve that other men who espouse violence against women are really "serious" about it.
And the reason that so many men can *utterly unaccountably* believe that men who espouse violence against women aren't really "serious" about it is because those men themselves all harbor a low-grade hatred of women. They think every man does, but not every man acts on it, so.
