That "Cheif Hostage Negotiator" quote does not appear to come from a cable news segment, as far as I can tell. The only mention of the Warmbier story on Fox & Friends today was a news brief on Trump's other tweet on it this morning.
The president, a notorious liar, tweeted out what he said was a quote of an unnamed 'chief hostage negotiator' that used improper grammar and Trumpian language and also he appears to be the only source for the quote.

Seems a little suspicious!
Anyway the White House will probably now try to strongarm someone into putting their name on that quote, so that's fun.

NEW: President Trump tweeted about the Mueller probe 100 times between the March 24 Barr letter and April 29.

In 17 of the tweets, Trump referenced a quote from a Fox show or otherwise indicated that he was responding to the network. In 20, he (or someone he employs) shared video clips from Fox programming about the investigation.
He has also promoted Fox shows at least eight times in recent weeks, and he tweeted thanks to particular Fox personalities five times. In addition to posting his own tweets, the president retweeted Fox-related content about Mueller 16 times.

This is not materially different from what it would be like if Sean Hannity was chairing the Senate Judiciary Committee. Basically sounds like his nightly Fox News monologue.

Until now, the only SEO space where AMP was kind of "mandatory" was on news: if you want to appear on the "Top stories" box, you kind of need to have your articles to use AMP. You can appear there withouth AMP, but you don't get the same visual benefits #AMP #SEO .

So, Trump gave another interview on Fox & Friends today. That's a strong indicator that while he feels attacked, he does not feel threatened/endangered - he is more angry at the transgressions he perceives from the FBI than he is afraid of consequences right now.
Trump has basically three modes.

One is when he's insecure and basically cowed into momentary submission: goes to ground, asks aides what he should do, lets them handle things. This is when he's least immediately dangerous.
The other is when he feels fully secure and believes he's invincible. While he still perceives himself as surrounded by enemies, in this mood he believes they can do nothing to him, allowing him to act against them with impunity. Which he does.

This is when he's most dangerous.
