Don’t start another me too business without having something different you want to do. Don’t just start, say a bakery except there is something very different from what other bakeries do. Do you have a secret recipe no one can decode. Did you unlock a new supply channel?

Is there an exciting angle you are bringing in? There is enough bakery products in the market. There is enough bread in the market. Why do you want to join them? They are probably struggling in the industry already, yet you go join them in the struggle?
Why spend money to go join a business struggle? Why pressure that uncle to invest in something that is guaranteed to struggle at best? I see people do this all the time and struggle. You want to start a sports betting company? Great. But what do you want to do differently?
You just want to offer what others have been offering for years? Don’t just join the struggle. Come in with a different angle. Business is not easy and that is why most people fail at it. Coming up with an angle is not what you find everyday. Don’t start until you find it.
