30 Sept she took her first propranalol and paracetamol overdose
2 Oct she took second propranalol and paracetamol overdose and presented at Frimley Park

1 Feb - Sasha reported AWOL to @surreypolice after she refused to return to Mulberry Ward from home. @Surreypolice advised was ward's responsibility to return Sasha to ward and if police assistance was required it would be @HantsPolice
1 Feb - later that night Sasha attended Frimley Park after self harming
2 Feb - Sasha attended @royalsurrey hospital with laceration to right arm
3 Feb - had to apply Section 135, no appointment at Magistrates Court until 6 Feb; Sasha absconded as parents attempted return to ward
4 Feb - Sasha was found in London and returned

7 Feb - Section 135 warrant was executed and Sasha returned to Mulberry Ward, she'd been AWOL since 30 Jan;
on her return to ward 3 empty paracetamol packets were found, she disclosed she'd taken an overdose, was taken to A&E at @royalsurrey; later that evening she self-harmed on ward and she was returned to A&E where she absconded and reported to @SurreyPolice

13 Feb - Steven Forster, Sasha's father, made application for her to be discharged from her section, withdrew application later that date, she was granted leave
15 Feb - Sasha attended placement with her care coordinator, two specialist placements and an autism assessment referral were discussed; on same date Angela Forster, Sasha's mother, had notified hospital about neurological issues Sasha was having

14 March - granted up to 8 hours community leave between 14-21 March, rising to 12 hours although not clear from which date
17 Mar - Sasha attended second half of assessment for Hope House, granted overnight leave

Just after 13:40 Sasha was detained by @HantsPolice about 14:05 police attended Sasha's address and spoke to Mrs Forster
14:30 Sasha left with her mother; just before 4pm she attended @royalsurrey A&E, refused to enter building but spoken to by senior sister, Sasha then ran away; deemed AWOL by Farnham Road hospital, called @SurreyPolice after Mrs Forster informed absconded

Coroner: so ladies and gentlemen that is the chronology that hopefully sets the evidence in some context. The last thing we'll do this morning is ask Mrs Forster to read to you a reflective statement, give you an idea of Sasha.
