2) Yesterday, another FOIA dump of Hillary Clinton's emails was released here: foia.state.gov/Learn/New.aspx
3) There are four emails that stood out immediately. All are between Hillary Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal. All have dates scrubbed. Date created shows 4/9/97 in properties and 8/1/18 for updated, but that's same for all of the emails. Almost all of the text is redacted in these.

2/24 What matters isn’t *just* too many kids excluded but that some groups disproportionately more likely to be excluded: BME boys (4x likely), CIN (3x) or in care (2x), with SEND (7x) poor (4x) and with mental ill-health (close to 100% of excluded kids) (all figures 2017 @ippr)
3/24 These factors are, of course, intersectional. To give you an idea of how they combine, the @childrenscomm (links below, 2012) compared two hypothetical (but typical) children where one was 168 times more likely to be excluded than the other.

American Oversight is one of the most brutal watchdogs, they file lawsuits almost daily, their goal is to make nightmares and they announced a plan to do so. They seem to work directly with members of Congress and senate because they file simultaneously.
