If Trump committed high crimes and misdemeanors the House must impeach him.
That’s their job.
If they don’t do their job we throw them out - just like we did the last Congress.

The comparison to Clinton is ridiculous. Clinton lied about a consensual affair with an intern that the public didn’t care about.
Trump obstructed a federal investigation of his love affair with a foreign adversary. He needs to go.
The Constitution does not say that the House impeaches the President if and only if the Speaker thinks it will help her win the next election.
The Constitution says that the House impeaches the President if he committed high crimes and misdemeanors.
Trump did. He gets impeached.
A White House intern is foolish enough not to take her blue dress to the dry cleaner.
We impeach the president.
The president obstructs justice in an investigation of Russian espionage.
We do nothing.
And we wonder why the world is laughing at us.

This ongoing retaliation against @ChrisHoroshak for complaining about harassment by DFL campaign workers is despicable. Governor @Tim_Walz needs to step in and do something, as Party operatives continue to look the other way or encourage this.
Pathetic.
In late 2016 @ChrisHoroshak wrote a detailed complaint describing harassment by DFL campaign workers Kyle Vanderflute and Andrew Stark. It took the DFL 18 months to acknowledge the harassment occurred and that was only after a newspaper article reported it. Retaliation continues.
How Vanderflute ended up working in the office of a U.S. senator who was never told about the @ChrisHoroshak allegations is something that DFL chair @kenmartin73 has yet to explain.

Justices should recuse from a case directly and substantially affecting the personal financial interests of the president who appointed them.

One of the most important ethics issues in the Gorsuch and Kavanagh confirmation hearings was when they would recuse from a case involving the personal financial interests of the man to whom they owe their seats on the Court.
A financial advantage bestowed on a president by a person he appoints is an illegal bribe or gratuity if there is a quid pro quo between the financial advantage and the appointment. A judge should recuse from a case involving the personal finances of a president who appoints him.

Glencore’s ties with Russian oligarch Deripaska likely were never really cut. Glencore (whose CEO got a friendship medal from Putin) will control the PolyMet sulfide mine in Minnesota. So who will get the copper and nickel that comes from the mine? Guess.

I appreciate all of the effort that must have gone into trying to figure out how to nefariously, systematically tear apart the country piece by piece, but this just seems—even to me, an expert on dystopias—too brutal and extreme and cruel, even for fiction.

High crimes and misdemeanors can also be deemed as crimes stipulated by the law. If you're arguing that Trump shouldn't be penalized for the crimes he directed his own personal lawyer to commit, then you're arguing that he is above the law.
Cohen will go to jail for committing crimes Trump conspired with him to commit, but Trump gets to continue his presidency with impunity despite being implicated in the same criminal conspiracy? Bitch, I don't think so.
Dems will have oversight in the House in 2019. It's incumbent on them to pursue investigations into Trump's criminal activities. If there is overwhelming evidence that Trump committed "high crimes & misdemeanors," then Dems shld make that case to the public. Don't cover-up/ignore
