Let me tell you why I'm cancelling my @lyft account.

Yesterday in LA, it rained much of the morning. I took a Lyft to a restaurant but didn't need my umbrella to get inside. Ate breakfast, walked to Walgreens in the sun, then called a Lyft to take me back to the house.
The @Lyft pulled up right in front of a gross puddle. There was no way around it. I accidentally got the outside of my right foot wet as I got in; half of one foot. I remarked how gross the water was, the driver apologized. I saw the dirty floor mats; clearly I wasn't the only.
I get to my place, driver wishes me a nice day, I do the same. Gave him 5 Stars. The charge for the ride was $5.xx. Last night, I got an email from @lyft saying I was being charged an extra $25 for damage to the vehicle.

Now.... Linda.... Honey.... Listen.
Apparently, the driver accused me of dirtying his floor mats. I explained to @Lyft that the floor mats were already dirty. I asked them to research who had been in the car immediately before me. I told them the tread marks of the pics taken by the driver didn't match my shoes.
But @lyft didn't do any of that. They charged me $25 for dirty floor mats, which I didn't dirty. Coupled with other problems I've had with them in the recent past, and the lack of benefit of the doubt given to the customer, I've decided to cancel my account. @Uber it is.
