2. Spot the issue on the NY times @DeutscheBankAG SAR report? Now @realDonaldTrump Kushners accounts are relevant to every state regulator that has Trump Kushner accounts and tax returns need to go to law enforcement, not to mention @RepRichardNeal and his committee. 😎
3. IMO not filing a SAR is not common. They're routine IMO. Not something for top managment. #FinCEN trained employees deal with it. If I had RICO case against Trump I would definitely name @DeutscheBankAG as a RICO person now.
4. And if DB was in any part of the transactions I'd look at them for conspiracy. I don't think DB knows what this will mean in the next five years of Trump RICO litigation. IMO the bank may be rendered insolvent by this.
5. In money laundering you only have to prove "wilful blindness" to prove "knowledge." This report if reduced to sworn testimony would get that to the jury. Trump is a money launderer and now a Bank is on the hook for all of it. Times three. How do you say morons in Deutsche?
