President Trump has an obligation to take care that the laws be faithfully executed

And to preserve and defend the constitution of the United States

It's his obligation to shut this indictment down
The Assange Indictment is bad as a question of constitutional law

It's bad as a matter of policy wrt press freedom

And it's HORRIBLE politics
Trump supporters do not like the establishment

That's why they voted for him

The only constituencies happy about Assange going down are the #NeverTrump Republicans and #Resistance Democrats

Those constituencies are voting Biden 2020 no matter what
Hillary - while SECRETARY OF STATE - put classified info on a home-brew private server

Assange is not a government employee. He's not even American. And Trump's DOJ going after him for soliciting classified while Hillary skates?
