Why does @SpeakerPelosi rejects #impeachment? Read Harvard Law's @jacklgoldsmith two-part analysis of Part II of the Special Counsel's report. His conclusion: " I am more convinced than ever that the Mueller report misapplied the governing clear statement rule." 1

The key is that when scholars like @jacklgoldsmith thoroughly debunk Part II of the Special Counsel's report, and just as #Spygate unravels the actions of a handful of FBI anti-@realDonaldTrump zealots (and whomever aided and abetted them) the collusion delusion becomes toxic. 3
It will take a while for MSM to grasp what @jacklgoldsmith is saying, but AG Barr was right: No obstruction occurred. #NoCollusion/NoObstruction has been and will remain @realDonaldTrump's key message. @SpeakerPelosi wants to fight 2020 on a different field and she is right to. 4
The #Resistance still hasn't come to grips with what happened in 2016, why they lost and the machinations behind the moves by @Comey et al, but it will become more clear by the day. Better to be fighting on the grounds of income inequality than scandal. 5
