Supreme Court: You Can Abort a Baby Because She's a Girl--For Now

The Supreme Court let stand a decision handed down by the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that said it is unconstitutional for Indiana to ban abortions that a mother seeks solely because she is displeased with her unborn child's sex, race or disability.
At the same time, the court summarily reversed the appeals court's decision that had overturned another part of this same Indiana law that had required abortion providers to bury or cremate the remains of aborted babies.

Mueller announced that “the report is my testimony” and that he would not answer questions from Congress either, beyond what is already in his final report.
From anyone else, such a statement would be denounced as arrogant, evasive, or both. However, many members of Congress and the media accepted it as the gospel according to Mueller.

The subpoena demands documents and electronic data “or objects” going back to 2015 relating to Gillum, his political action committee Forward Florida and his 2018 campaign by May 7.
It also demands info on John H. Jackson, president & CEO of Schott Foundation for Public Education, for which Gillum was listed as a board member until 3/2017, and a related nonprofit, the Opportunity to Learn Action Fund, for which Gillum served as president as recently as 2017.
