DECODING MUELLER- 1 — Two reasons Mueller didn’t indict Trump: (1) he didn’t have the authority to do so and that he knew before he started his two-year probe (2) Mueller also said he found no evidence of collusion so there was no crime to charge that could be proved.
DECODING MUELLER - 2 — Whenever Mueller says, “Charging the president is not an option we could consider,” he’s saying, (1) long-standing policy prohibits that move and, again, (2) “we could not prove he colluded with Russia to do anything).
DECODING MUELLER - 3 — “We couldn’t PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that TRUMP colluded with Russia to do anything with our election and we can’t indict somebody else and say Trump ordered collusion because we said nobody else colluded either.
DECODING MUELLER- 4 — Many Legal Experts have said repeatedly on TV that if there is no indictable crime there can be no obstruction (of it). Additionally, during Mueller’s two-year probe, many Legal experts repeatedly said, “Collusion” is NOT a crime.
DECODING MUELLER - 5 — Mueller is NOT saying, “I would have indicted the president if the policy of the Justice Department would have allowed it.” He’s merely re-stating that that is the way his probe was strutured by department policy. He was not allowed. Not his authority.
DECODING MUELLER - 6 — Mueller also made it clear that he couldn’t indict the president because (1) he found no proof of anything and, even if he HAD found proof, (2) he’s saying he still couldn’t indict.
DECODING MUELLER - 7 —
WHERE IS THE COUNTRY? The Democrats are re-interpreting Mueller to have said, “I would have indicted the president but I didn’t have any proof of an indictable crime so I didn’t.” Dems say, “Trump MUST be guilty of SOMETHING!” Really? What?

DEMOCRATS are screaming for “Impeachment.” For what? All this time and money and ruined lives says, “WHAT?” Can we impeach for ANY reason? How about a crime?Mueller found NOTHING. He should have had the guts to make an unambiguous statement that would leave no doubt.
