1.) The issue is really quite simple and the Mueller team (Van Grack) refusal to deliver the transcript tells the story.

2.) Brandon Van Grack (Mueller team lawyer) delivers his reason for non-compliance.

3.) Here's the simple issue. If the Flynn-Kislyak transcript matches the Flynn statement to the FBI (I believe it does), then where's the lie?
4.) It's a simple comparison of two individual parts of evidence that would be clear to the origin of the question. Simply produce the Flynn/Kislyak transcript, and produce the Flynn 302 (written by FBI Agent Joe Pientka).

5.) If the government is correct (Flynn lied), the Flynn-Kislyak call will not match the FD 302 statement.
6.) However, if the call transcript matches the FD 302, then something else is going on.

This, is the heart of Judge Emmet Sullivan's suspicion.
7.) I believe the lack of discrepancy is why the government doesn't want to produce the transcript.
8.) I believe the Mueller team pressured Flynn, with threats of a FARA violation/indictment against both him and Flynn Jr, to accept a guilty plea based on a fabrication.
9.) The day before the Flynn interview, Lisa Page says: “I can feel my heart beating harder, I’m so stressed about all the ways THIS has the potential to go fully off the rails.” Weird!
10.) Strzok replies: “I know. I just talked with John, we’re getting together as soon as I get in to finish that write up for Andy (MCCABE) this morning.” Strzok agrees with Page about being stressed that “THIS” could go off the rails… (Strzok’s meeting w Flynn the next day)
11.) There’s a good possibility Flynn was honest but his honesty contradicted VP Pence’s national statement on CBS; and Flynn likely tried to dance through a needle without being overly critical of VP-elect Pence misspeaking.
12.) This is the issue that Sally Yates, and later the Mueller team, exploited.
13.) Three weeks later, after several revisions to how the FD-302 was carefully written, (after a deliberative process) Andrew McCabe gives approval to Lisa Page to accept the latest version. "Launch F 302"
14.) May 17th, 2017, Robert Mueller was assigned as special Counsel. Then, the FD-302 report was re-entered on May 31st, 2017, removing the header (showing deliberation); paving the way for Mueller’s team to use the content therein.
15.) Then August 2nd, 2017, Mueller tells Rosenstein to give him expanded scope on Michael Flynn looking for leverage... (2nd scope memo) .... a way to exploit the *issue.

[*Which was really just a difference between Flynn and Pence]
16.) Then on October 20th, 2017, again now needing stronger leverage, Flynn tells Rosenstein to write 3rd scope memo; authorizing Mueller to target Michael Flynn Jr.

[Accept a plea to lying, and they won't prosecute on FARA violations]
17.) A month later, Flynn accepts the plea.
18.) /END
ADDENDUM: Don't overlook this aspect.

Andrew McCabe case likely dropped
