1-Thread-Upwelling.
In previous thread i talked about the Great Ocean Conveyor and it's journey around the Planet, in this thread we will look at "Upwelling" (Rise of cold water) to the surface.
2. wonder how the deep water comes back to the surface?, well This happens in locations where the flow of the surface currents makes room for the water below to come to the surface – to 'upwell'. The upwelled water is generally much colder than the surrounding surface waters.
3.
 These upwelling areas are crucial for life in the ocean, as upwelled water is rich in nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus compounds.
At depth, where there is no sunlight, these nutrients are of no use, until it reaches the "Sunlit zone".

1.There are three main mechanisms for heat transport.
In the atmosphere, through the movement of warm and cold air masses (winds)as latent heat in water vapour: water evaporates from oceans in the tropics and is released at higher latitudes when the vapour condenses into clouds.
2. The system of surface and deep currents that cools the tropics and warms high latitudes is sometimes called the global conveyor because it acts as a giant conveyor belt that transports heat, salt, nutrients and dissolved gases such as carbon dioxide and oxygen around Oceans.
3..you will recognise the map attached . It shows the wind driven circulation with its five subtropical gyres, the Antarctic Circumpolar Current, and two subpolar gyres in the northern hemisphere.

Sir, EVMs in US were networked and had touch screens. Like ATMs. Technology-wise our EVMs are like simple stand-alone calculators. And even more than the EVM, our processes make elections secure.

Also, I couldn't find Belfry Centre, Harvard. Perhaps there is a typo in the name.
Our EVMs, like all electronic devices, can have malfunctions. But our process is immune from large-scale, systemic manipulation of EVMs.
Do a simple experiment. Ask your friends from different constituencies about the order of Parties on their EVMs. It's not constant. Distribution of EVMs is randomised at every stage. There is no network. So, how is one to hack it? And why haven't they been hacked so far?

"Global warming" can make winter colder.

Jet streams are a fascinating piece of the climate science puzzle that most people have never considered. Learning about this one simple thing for 5 min explains SO MUCH.

When everyone knows this we will all accomplish more.

THREAD
1. First point:

"Weather" (clouds, storms, rain ect.) is pushed around by wind.

There are some major, reliable, high altitude winds like the jet steams that push weather around the Earth in predictable patterns.
2. Here's how jet streams work:
The sun warms the air around the equator all year. The warm air then moves up and towards the poles. The air coming off the poles towards the equator is freezing cold. Where the warm air and cold air collide the jet stream is formed.
