How Long Should You Run an Ad?

A few months ago the Delta Soap video Ad came out. Everybody fell in love with it.(including me)

I'll always watch the video anytime it comes up on my screen on Instagram(even memorized the song)

A lot of us starting using the soap again because
of that ad.

But as time went, I got tired of the ad. Anytime I see the ad and I'll just keep scrolling.

All I do is bump to the music and that's it. It now feels like they are forcing me to buy the soap.

And this is exactly how the consumer...
responds to an ad. We know the consumer buys a product when they've seen an ad for more than six times.

But there's a limit to the number of times you should run one ad.

If you exceed this limit, the ad becomes annoying and the customer ends up feeling like you're...
forcing him/her to buy your product.

So what do you do?

When you get to this limit, all you need to do is switch up something about the ad.

You don't have to change the entire ad. No!

All you need to do is record another video with same/different message or...
You change the graphics or photo of the ad(if it's a picture ad). That's all🤷🏿‍♂️

Do this regularly and you'll see your ad doing excellently well even after a year of running it.

Alex of MentorBox understands this trick

That's why you keep seeing fresh ads for mentor box but same
message.

But how do you know you've reached that limit?

Simple, when you see the conversion of the ad is beginning to decline everyday!

Switch it up and keep going!

One classic ad in the 80's ran for 4 years but still performed excellently well.

They used this technique!

Disclaimer: this is no shade to the Delta brand. It's for the continues growth of the brand and other brands.

Delta ehh, Delta ehh. Delta soap, Delta soap💃🏿🕺🏿✌🏿
