1/ Kisor v. Wilkie: "What role, if any, will stare decisis play in the Court’s decision, we shall soon know."
2/ RBG highlights that Gundy was one of the first cases argued (before J. Kavanaugh joined the Court). But it is still not decided. The long delay suggests movements are afoot.
