5. Now here's my bigger point about this sorry saga. Where the f*ck does the billions of dollars of revenue come from that the Lottery officials, not only in California but all over the country, celebrate and give themselves a pat on the back for?

6. It comes from the poorest segments of society. State sponsored Lotteries represent a most regressive taxation scheme ever devised. And liberals in California are congratulating themselves for it. Who do you think buys lottery tickets predominantly? Millionaires & billionaires?

7. Lotteries are a heinous scheme to transfer wealth from the poorest to the state coffers so politicians can play with the take as they please. Shame on the lowlifes who think up and implement these schemes. This is legal larceny perpetrated by the state.
