Gonna brag for a sec: this is one of my 5-yr-old twins, Charles, fucking *shredding* some stairs on his new bike. 
Charles has autism and tends to struggle with physical stuff. Last summer he couldn’t ride a tricycle. This summer he decides he wants to ride a real bike, no training wheels, and he just *does it.* Out of nowhere.
He was still in training wheels two weeks ago. Tonight’s his first night on the new bike and he’s like “Imma ride down these stairs” and DOES IT. First try, before I could even tell him it wasn’t safe. I didn’t do anything like this until I was like 12. mfw he does it:
I tell him he’s a bad-ass biker dude and he looks at me all serious and says “no dad, I’m a good-ass biker dude” and the whole thing’s giving me all sorts of feelings, just wanted to share with y’all.
