Zhang was summoned to Mar-a-Lago by Cindy Yang, a major Trump donor. Zhang visited the US in 2016 and 2017, both times staying at a Trump hotel in NY.

During the same time Fancy Bear was actively hacking the DNC and GOP, Trump Hotels' payment system was hacked not once, but twice, by unidentified hackers, stealing credit card data. Trump Hotels tried to cover it up.
This is of particular concern because of how much government business is being conducted at Mar-a-Lago that seems to also include club members
