Fascinating document that omits the word “occupation” entirely, and mentions “Israel” just 6 times in 40 pages (& then only as part of list of neighboring countries).

Special fun is the section on ensuring private property rights (given that Israel treats entire West Bank as, in effect, property that can be seized at any time according to any number of pretexts...)
Actually, whole thing is a hilarious farce that wants people to ignore that fundamental obstacle to Palestinian development/prosperity isn’t PA mismanagement etc, but the occupation.
TBH, it feels a lot like the (equally hilarious) PowerPoint the White House produced years back on Gaza - which one dip told me felt like a real estate development pitch. Like that one, this reads like a pitch no investor is gonna fall for.
Real question isn’t: will counties buy into this (they won’t). Question is: how will Trump team/Bibi leverage this to enable Israel to further its territorial ambitions in West Bank?
Because this plan is so thin, & so silly, that its real purpose sure looks like misdirection.
