Turning things “online” for e-services is great. Complained 3 times online to the Haryana Electricity board that the house is getting only 2-phase power. Each time the complaint is resolved “online” within hours.

Nothing changes though, nothing gets fixed. 😏 e-governance.
Does Haryana Electricity Board have a Twitter account, or maybe some official does?
Of course since there is a great online system, no one picks up the phone for complaints any longer. #DigitalIndia
