1/ DOD IDs 2 soldiers KIA June 25, in Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan as a result of wounds sustained from small arms fire while engaged in combat operations:
2/ Master Sgt. Micheal B. Riley, 32, of Heilbronn, Germany. Riley was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Carson, Colorado.
3/ Sgt. James G. Johnston, 24, of Trumansburg, New York. Johnston was assigned to 79th Ordnance Battalion (Explosive Ordnance Disposal), 71st Ordnance Group, Fort Hood, Texas.

DOJ accuses @Rep_Hunter of using campaign funds “ to carry out a series of intimate relationships… All of the women with whom Hunter pursued these relationships were involved in politics in some manner...”
2/ “..Precisely because each of the women worked as lobbyists or congressional staffers, Hunter may suggest that he was justified in spending campaign funds on all of his ‘meetings’ with these individuals.” So DOJ provides details to prove relationships “intimate” thus “improper”
3/ One example: Individual 14, a lobbyist Hunter allegedly took skiing near Lake Tahoe as well as to Virginia Beach.

The sole survivor of the family is the father and husband: Masih Mubarez. He was working in Iran when his wife Amina called him at 4 AM from their home in Mullah Hafiz, a small hamlet in Wardak Province. American and Afghan troops were inside their house, she said. It was a raid.
Seven hours later, Amina was dead. And so were their 4 daughters and 3 sons, including Mohamed Ilyas, pictured here not far from their family house where he was pulled out of the rubble, according to witnesses. Four young cousins, staying over at their aunt, were killed too. Mohammad Ilyas, seen here near his home in Mullah Hafez, Afghanistan, was 8-years-old when he died in a U.S. airstrike.
