When we bailed out Wall Street we passed new regulations to stop the fraud

If we are going to #CancelStudentDebt we need to dissolve the fraudulent universities that are responsible for that debt

And SEIZE THE ENDOWMENTS to compensate the lenders
Bernie is right

The universities are fraudulent credential mills with a sweetheart deal from the government

We should dissolve them

We don't need free college

We need to #AbolishCollege
You don't cancel debt that was issued by lenders in good faith based on truthful representations

You cancel debt issue in bad faith based on fraudulent misrepresentations

Student Debt is ODIOUS debt

That's why we should #CancelStudentDebt

And make universities foot the bill

Now, for the final #SCOTUS decisions of the term.
First #SCOTUS decision is Mitchell v. Wisconsin, with Breyer joining the more conservative justices and Gorsuch joining the more liberal justices to create a 5-4 ruling allowing a blood-draw from an unconscious driver when BAC information is sought. supremecourt.gov/opinions/18pdf…
Note that Gorsuch did not join his more liberal colleagues on the merits of their dissent, though. He would have just tossed the case.

Despite taking supplemental briefing from the parties on Article III standing in Frank v. Gaos, #SCOTUS ducks and remands the case to the Ninth Circuit to resolve the standing issue in the first instance:

To me, this is the right result procedurally. It would've been problematic for the Justices to reach a potentially major question of Article III standing that was only addressed in post-argument, supplemental briefs by the parties.

Now, this issue can be properly litigated...
At the same time, as @dispositive points out, this is now the _third_ time that the Court has considered (and punted on) this exact standing question, including First American Financial v. Edwards (2012) and Spokeo, Inc. v. Robins (2016).

#SCOTUS, Jan. 8, 2019. With most of the sights in DC shut down, the Supreme Court is drawing a big crowd even for relatively low-profile cases.
It's a one-box Tuesday here at #SCOTUS, meaning one or two decisions in argued cases should be coming at 10a.
The first decision is Justice Kavanaugh's first majority opinion, in Henry Schein, Inc. v Archer & White Sales, Inc., vacating the 5th Circuit in an arbitration case. The decision was unanimous. #SCOTUS
