I have also tried to get to the bottom of how - and whether - the IHRA definition of antisemitism applies in the Labour disciplinary process. I have spoken to people in the party and I am none the wiser than @FactCheck channel4.com/news/factcheck…
There was a lot of confusion around the time of the IHRA definition being ‘adopted’ by labour as to whether a binding vote had happened, whether it would have to be approved by some kind of rules committee or even labour conference but people seem to have moved on.
Note that EHRC have the adequacy of the Labour Rule Book as part of their terms of reference so I assume this will be looked at. But would be good to know now. equalityhumanrights.com/sites/default/…
