Without even looking I know that this gov will be another antagonizing the country. They are the AltRight. It's what they do, fuel hate & division. The usual suspects will be using hypocrisy as weaponary designed to cause cognitive dissonance & anger in the people. 1/ #FBPE
At every turn they will use this tactic to cloud truth, to cloud reality so people do not know what to believe, and they start questioning those that speak the truth, that observe and state what they see. The gullible will even attack those that speak the truth. 2/
This has not been a gov for a long time. They are money puppets doing the bidding of their paymasters according to their religion... Neo liberalism, that money best orders the world, that money is right, that money is just. As worship at the alter mammon. 3/

If we do not preserve the truth then society has no anchors with reality, it has no navigation points. It can tell what is fact and what is fiction. And that makes it very vulnerable to manipulation. And when society can be manipulated by evil men then war beckons. 2/
Think about the generations that have grown up on the Daily Mail. They have been fed lies from the start. Their perception of life is based on false foundations. Their life is built on lies. So now they're only to happy to believe more lies that confirm that trained bias. 3/

1/ I'm stunned, but not surprised by AT&T's decision to extended their #Friends licensing deal with Netflix through 2019. A perfect example of, despite saying they were committed to winning in SVOD, Big Media wants to have their cake, eat it to - and then hope they get a 3rd cake
2/ #Friends is one of Netflix's most valuable titles. It's one of the most celebrated sitcoms, one of Netflix's most popular series, and has a whopping 236 episodes of tonnage - and a fervent fanbase
3/ AT&T could (and should) have simply moved #Friends to HBO, their leading SVOD asset. Imagine the impact on customer acquisition - all of a sudden the press coverage inundates all Friends fans to get HBO, if they haven't already!

1. I want to draw your attention to a couple paragraphs in this Hill piece on DT’s meeting with Congress on gun control. It illustrates a point I often make on the need for strategy and pragmatism to actualize civic change. thehill.com/homenews/senat…
2. Particularly as I've seen a fair amount of squabbling about candidates in the past week. This is always an important issue, but for the #Election2018 it is absolutely crucial. We must have Congressional votes to enact the changes we want and to stop the GOP agenda.
3. Hopefully, after a year into this administration and Congress, everyone is clear on the stakes and the damage that can be done, but understand if the GOP takes control of more states it can get worse. We have no power without seats.
