Apparently Tommy Robinson is asking the US to grant him asylum. Assuming the US authorities take a similar approach to our own, here's the decision I feel is likely. standard.co.uk/news/crime/tom…
"You claim to be Tommy Robinson, a British national. ALTERNATIVELY you are Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, Wayne King, Stephen Lennon, Paul Harris and Andrew McMaster. Your identity as Tommy Robinson is therefore not accepted.
You have produced a passport in the name of Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. It is noted that you have previous convictions for using false passports. Your identity is not accepted and it cannot be confirmed that you are a British national.
Your claim has been considered at its highest. You have claimed that you have made a film about ongoing court cases as a result of which you are likely to be "sentenced to death." However it is known that the United Kingdom does not have the death penalty.
[insert 55 paragraphs of otiose information about the abolition of the death penalty here]

Your claim to fear the death penalty is therefore rejected.
You have claimed that you may be imprisoned. It is noted that you have committed criminal offences in the past and therefore it is considered that what you fear is prosecution, not persecution.
It is known that prison conditions in the UK do not breach Article 3.

[insert another 55 paragraphs of otiose information about UK prisons. Use a popular newspaper as a source for bonus points.]
You have claimed that prisons in the UK are run by jihadi gangs. This claim has been considered and rejected. Prisons in the UK are run by HM Prison Service, Serco and G4S. Your claim is not considered credible.
ALTERNATIVELY you claim that you are at risk from such gangs inside
prison. You have given two accounts and therefore this is not credible. It has been considered at its highest and there is no evidence that such gangs exist.
Even if they did exist (which is not accepted) it is considered that the police would be willing and able to protect you. It is noted that during a previous period of imprisonment you were not at risk of harm and therefore you would not be at risk of harm again.
[insert 37 paragraphs about policing in the UK]

Therefore your claim to fear non-state agents is rejected.
The documents you have provided have been looked at in the round in line with the starred case of Tanveer Ahmed. However these are in the name of Tommy Robinson and as indicated above your identity as Tommy Robinson is not accepted. These have therefore been given little weight.
It is noted that you have not made this claim at the earliest opportunity and that to get to the US you would have to pass over multiple European countries which are signatories to the Refugee Convention. Your credibility is adversely affected.
In conclusion it is considered that your claim is a fabrication designed to secure entry to the US which you would otherwise not be entitled. Furthermore you have numerous convictions including for fraud and violence. Your admission is therefore not conducive to the public good."
