The Philadelphia Inquirer strongly opposes the gun-jurisdiction move passed by PA lawmakers, which allows the AG to overrule the Philly DA’s decisions, and signed into law by @GovernorTomWolf. They call for the repeal of the measure. inquirer.com/opinion/editor…
In light of @PAAttorneyGen Shapiro’s earlier comments, the question is: Do you also support repealing the measure giving you concurrent jurisdiction, particularly since you said you didn’t ask for it in the first place?
Meanwhile, in PA, more questions about @PAAttorneyGen Josh Shapiro's claim earlier today on Twitter that he "did *not* seek" the concurrent jurisdiction that reduced DA Krasner's authority. From @whyy, a lawmaker flat-out contradicts him: whyy.org/articles/ag-sh…
