An underappreciated aspect of Trump's presidency is his propensity for running away when he thinks he's about to lose a fight. He runs and hides, and then shouts and screams.
Sadly, the two people in the country best positioned to aggressively exploit this weakness—Pelosi and Schumer—have very little interest in doing so.
(They could exploit it not only by setting up such confrontations, but also by blustering back when they sense he's about to cave.)

1. @POTUS sends an unassuming tweet.

"A big risk of major flooding in large parts of Louisiana and all across the Gulf Coast. Please be very careful!"

But, it's not always just a tweet, right? Using the EXACT same style of decoding I always do, I started with the time, 0729.
2. Q's drop was apparently, originally in response to Snowden. The message is, someone is going to cease to exist.

Then, we're told to look at the time stamp. Folks, that's how I got to this drop, I used POTUS' twitter time stamp!

Q"
3. My next step is always to look for obvious misspellings or grammatical errors. I don't see any. (Do you? Did I miss anything?)

Then, I go to the letter count. In this case, @POTUS used 111 characters in his tweet. Folks, you're not going to believe what QDrop 111 says.

1. @POTUS deploys antagonism to encase hidden meanings. As hilarious as the post was, @SadiqKhan is POTUS' target. Khan has facilitated numerous attacks in London and driven freedom of the Patriot into the ground. DeBlasio is doing the same in NYC. But, there's more to this.
2. Start with the time, 1st we'll use Eastern standard time which would be 3:51am. What does Q drop 351 say? Its a photo of a sign on screen from 8Chanfrom Q titled "_blocked_8" with the caption:

The insistence by white male writers that there is a two-white-man race out there between Bernie & Beto is so deeply, stunningly misogynist, it takes my breath away.

How is it POSSIBLE that these folks missed the blue wave which was fundamentally female--driven by women voters?
Not just driven by women voters, but driven by women candidates. Left-leaning women candidates, including WOC who ousted long-time older white male incumbents like....Bernie Sanders.

How is anyone missing this fact?
It's a major reason why Sanders' numbers have plummeted.
