Tyrus is on Dana Perino's show right now. Yesterday, @yashar reported that he sent his now-former Fox Nation co-host, Britt McHenry texts including “Just pull your boobs out now why don’t you. Just grin and bare it” and “keep being negative and I’ll send you another dick pic.”

On the micro level, Trump's racist tweets attacking Democratic congresswomen were all but ripped directly from Tucker Carlson transcripts, and Fox's favorable response gave him the green light to continue the offensive.
On the macro level, Fox's yearslong spiral of bigoted conspiracy theories, and constant fearmongering about the dangers to the public wrought by Muslims and immigrants, along with its promotion of Trump's birtherism, set the stage for his political rise.

@charliekirk11 She speculated, without evidence, that AG Barr had secretly received the report weeks ago, but deliberately timed the announcement as a Friday dump.
@charliekirk11 In essence, Barr was supposedly doing Trump's "dirty work". The clear inference she wanted the audience to draw was that the US AG had spent weeks tampering with the report, to put the best "spin" on it for Trump. Again, without the slightest evidence of this whatsoever

0/ #CO is poised to join #WY in providing safe harbor from securities laws for consumptive tokens. #MT also introduced a similar bill. I want to highlight why I think this is important and what points I hope the SEC considers as it prepares additional guidance.
1/ This legislation builds on a core idea from #WY: It must be possible for entrepreneurs to develop and sell software that is inherently consumptive in nature (i.e., not a passive financial instrument and intrinsically is for use/consumption) w/o implicating securities laws.
2/ The SEC seems to agree and so have regulators/policymakers in just about every other developed nation. The difficulty arises, however, in defining the boundaries of this principle - stated differently, when if ever is usable software actually a security?

Why not just go speak to the Grand Jury? Clearly, it's not about avoiding spending more time talking about the investigation and your experience...
