1) "Our criminal justice system now literally crushes people to dust. It is virtually impossible to mount a defense against a multi-count federal indictment. Conviction rates of prosecutors is over 95 percent. We have lost the presumption of innocence.” ~ @SidneyPowell1
2) The quote above is taken from this article. When you read it, you will find comfort that so strong a soul is not only on the case for @GenFlynn, she is fighting the verp principle the presumption of innocence in America.

3) Unfettered power and budget for prosecution, virtually zero accountability over prosecutorial infraction of law, bent judges throwing every advantage to prosecutors, every disadvantage to defendants means her attack is correct. We have lost the presumption of innocence.
4) It is my great hope that @SidneyPowell1 effectuates some form of clearance, releasing @GenFlynn back into freedom again. I would NEVER bet against her capabilities and hope and wish for her immediate victory. All that said, I cannot relent from my activism for his pardon.
5) But let's imagine that she wins, Gen Flynn's case is dropped. At law, he is exonerated and all we his supporters are celebrating, dancing in the streets with joy. Obviously, in that moment, a pardon would no longer be required. So, what then?
6) One thing we would turn to, under @SidneyPowell1's guidance, is to support the Innocence project. It's completely possible that after she proves Gen Flynn's innocence we might turn there as she indicates we should.

7) For my part, I can readily imagine the creation of hashtags such as:

#EndProsecutorialInjustice

#PresumptionOfInnocence

#ReturnAmericaToJustice

#MakeAmericaJustAgain

And etcetera. I'd play with it and explore to discover what rung true and inspired most.
8) But for now, being The Consigliori, professionally, it is my job to envision the worst case scenario, one where even the vast talents and efforts of @SidneyPowell1 are not great enough to overcome the injustice in our system, our broken system.
9) Which is why if I were able to advise the President, I would absolutely push for him to #PardonFlynnNow, as in right now, today. No case has ever had further reaching federal implication, bearing upon all the people of nation. I believe this case speaks to us all.
10) What I envision is a shock wave rippling through the entire injustice system, ringing out the clarion call of change, of reform, of return to true justice, of reinstating both the presumption of innocence and reestablishing rule of law.
11) Along with the signing of the pardon ceremony filmed in the oval office, I would recommend a few days or a week later and address to the nation. An address in which the nature of injustice which has permeated our system is detailed as only @realDonaldTrump can.
12) Perhaps with the help of the good people at the Innocence Project, he might institute a commission, charged with designing and executing the fundamental changes required. All this should be directly tied to his great pledge in MAGA, to return to rule of law for all Americans.
13) At any rate, the restoration of @GenFlynn should be more than ample motivation, all on its own. But that the entire corrupt system, stretching far beyond courts, judges and prosecutors must be addressed seems, to me, beyond doubt.
14) Also, the historic, public friendship of @POTUS and @GenFlynn must be highlighted. Can you imagine the power of @GenFlynn's speech, there in the White House, fully restored from all these false attacks and legal abuses? What supporter of the President wouldn't be thrilled?
15) Any attacks from the other side will come anyway, so I see no downside whatever. Not pardoning does NOT win their support. Pardoning, however, would be a statement bold enough for our #MAGA President. My request remains, therefore, the same:

#PardonFlynnNow
