What fixes it? Get in a safe place. Go back to the event. And GRIEVE. Allow rage, grief, sorrow, fear to freely flow.
I’ve been able to do a few moments. Not back yet but it’s coming.
Go to a safe place and FULLY RETURN TO YOUR TRAUMA.
Even if I only can bear it a few seconds, I feel myself unthawing, returning.
I feel safe enough to shop now.
Try to hang until that is replaced
