1. Many don't remember how illegal alien mess started. La Raza - the public relations arm in the US of the Mexican drug Cartels - had been staging uprisings for decades. But until Mar 2006 illegals generally tried to stay under the radar & didn't violate American laws.
2. That all changed in March 2006, when La Raza got massive numbers of illegal aliens to march in protests across the US, DEMAND their "rights". The epicenter was in Los Angeles, where 50,000 took to the streets. There the US flag was flown upside down ...
3. ... and replaced by the Mexican flag. Little property damage was done during the protests, but from that moment on illegal aliens no longer worried about breaking US laws. Chants included "return California to Mexico".

HIDALGO, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley encountered large groups of family units flowing into the United States.
On Friday evening, Weslaco agents patrolling near Hidalgo, Texas, encountered a large group of illegal aliens comprised of family units and unaccompanied children. As agents prepared to transport the group, three additional groups turned themselves in.
