It would have cost $25 billion for Ohio to replace its nuclear plants with solar panels and $22 billion to replace them with wind turbines
Replacing Ohio's nuclear plants with solar panels would have required 300 times more land while replacing them with wind turbines would have required 2,600 times more land.
Environmental Progress has actively fought to save Ohio's nuclear plants since 2016, conducting research, sending open letters & testifying four times in the legislature
