John Minford, #SunTzu 7: 41 " He does not intercept well-ordered banners."
We've moved into the last of our 4 masteries. Look at verses 42 & 43 with me, to place it.

"He does not attack a perfect formation. This is the Mastery of Change."
A bit daunted by this one, I turned for help to...

Lionel Giles, #SunTzu 7: 32 "To refrain from intercepting an enemy whose banners are in perfect order, to refrain from attacking an army drawn up in calm and confident array - this is the art of studying circumstances."
That helped, but I had to look up "banners" online and I think I discovered the problem. We lump banners and flags together, and flags, nowadays, refer to identity, not action. My flag is this one, we say today. We don't look to a flag to tell us what to do. Interesting, no?
Master Sun sees a flag, a banner, a set of banners, as a clear indication of the order, or lack, the readiness to fight, or not, of the troops in play. The troops follow their banners, and their banners indicate their order and readiness for battle.
How does this tie to the Master of Change? You cannot change what is stable, solid and ready; so, you hold back, you do not charge. Disordered banners? Rush in with all you force. Defeat the disordered enemy. Wait upon the ordered enemy. Hold back.
Who among us remember the former head of the RNC, Michael Steele? Why did we never win respect for the fact that he was the very first black chairman of the Republican party? Simple, Obama's banners were vastly too well ordered.
Who among us remembers John McCain and Mitt Romney, our 2008 and 2012 candidates? Most of us, I imagine. The Democrats banners were vastly too well ordered in each of those elections. We never stood a chance. My question is, why didn't we know that?
The real truth is far worse. Yes, Reagan was a breath of fresh air. But, our history of attacking columns whose banners are in good order dates back at least to Johnson. We surrendered our individualism under Johnson's march to a Great Society.
Go back and back to FDR and his New Deal. What did that mean? It meant that our old deal - American Individualism, and pride in self-sufficiency - died. We have to reach back further. 1913. Wilson, following the lead of Taft and Teddy Roosevelt, ordered the banners of the left.
I forgive us. Those banners were so well ordered we had no chance to defeat them. If, however, we lose again now, as we lost in 2018, I will NOT forgive us. Their banners are no longer in order. Their perfidious disavowal of America's founding principles has led them to disarray.
If Make America Great AGAIN is to have any meaning at all, we - all of us who support @realDonaldTrump - must become Masters of Change, as Master Sun would have us be. We must see the left in its hellacious disarray. Now is the time to attack.
@realDonaldTrump When Obama promised us - with hellacious lies - that we could keep our doctor, our plan, if we wish so, period, he had his banners well ordered. The media loved him. He was, after all, America's first black president. He could do no wrong. He could tell no lie.
@realDonaldTrump That lie SHOULD have been enough to disorder their banners. But WE who love America's founding principles were too weak to overcome Obama's well-ordered banners. We didn't have a chance. I remember. I was there. I lost my insurance policy due to lack of mammary gland testing.
@realDonaldTrump It's absolutely idiotic that I must proclaim, as a 58-year old man, I need NO mammary gland testing. Yet, my private insurance policy was cancelled for that precise lack. If that's not banners in disorder, well, I don't know what to say.
@realDonaldTrump Actually, I do. Whose decisions were in alignment with Obama's perfidy? What insurance company, due to its long-established corruption, went along? Idiots. I love that word. The insurance idiots have no idea what's coming. There will be NO insurance when this evil is done.
@realDonaldTrump Friend, are you able to shut your eyes? The left is attempting to wipe out the constitution itself. Yet, their banners are now disordered. This is our moment. 2020. We can take back the House. We can Make America Great Again. Can you see it? This is the Mastery of Change.
