@SpaceX The reason they flood the pad with water is for sound suppression.

@SpaceX I'm looking forward to seeing ROSA come into play on future crafts. Right now, they have these rigid panels which have a complicated mechanism to deploy.

@SpaceX It's not ready yet but it has the potential to provide a lot more solar power, because you'll be able to devote more space to the solar array and less to the mechanism.
