Much of this is carried out as perfidy, pseudo-operations or false flag events. A term used in warfare which led to military units displaying colors and units.There is a simple solution to all this. Demand verified identification of source, location and background to individuals.

A false flag operation is conducted by one government and made to appear as though it were sponsored by another. You can argue that the Trump's bizarre fawning to Russia, Emirates, Israel & Saudi interests rather than protecting US interests is proof that he is a foreign asset.
