I have filed opposition to Isis Lovecruft's anti-SLAPP motion, refuting their claims with emails, Twitter DMs, and Pond messages between myself and Lovecruft, as well as declarations from myself, Jacob Appelbaum, Daniel J. Bernstein, and Nadim Kobeissi.

Under penalty of perjury, Lovecruft claimed in their declaration that I had abused them in conjunction with us meeting at Workshop Cafe in SF on or about Sept 5th 2015. As per my declaration, contrary to Lovecruft's claims I was not in SF on or around that date.
I did meet Lovecruft at Workshop Cafe on Aug 26th 2015 to work on Bitcoin Core's Tor support. Two days later Lovecruft invited me to go to the beach with them, which we did.
Lovecruft and I continued to have friendly relations for many months, with Lovecruft inviting me to the Oct 2015 Tor dev conference in Berlin, while in Berlin asking to "hang out" on Oct 8th 2015, and exchanging extensive friendly communications via Pond.
Lovecruft even asked me to timestamp their blog post about supposed FBI harassment on May 1st, 2016. They also entrusted me on May 25th 2016 with the then-private knowledge that allegations against Jacob Appelbaum would be made public in the near future.
Anti-SLAPP motions were intended to provide for early dismissal of meritless lawsuits, designed to harass, that the filers don't actually intend to pursue

I hope the courts see the merit in my suit, and allow it to continue so I can have the benefit of due process.
