There is so much wrong in this picture, but I what I want to address most is the idea of putting a jammer inside the faraday cage, just in case. Of all the wrong things he's doing here, this is the wrongest.
This is a common approach to security: instead of doing the reliable things that really will solve security, you instead layer on more and more unreliable things.
The 5 channel jammer is for mobile phone channels. It has no effect on the rest of the spectrum. If your faraday cage has a hole letting the jammer signal out, then all this will do is bring the police down on you.
So what is he trying to protect, his own cell phones? Just turn them off. Secret implanted device using 4G to send information back home? Well, use an SDR to detect those signals.
You don't have to guess whether something is emitting a secret signal, you can easily measure it. SDRs are especially cheap and easy to use. Instead of multiple unreliable techniques, just use the simpler reliable technique.
It's the most frustrating thing in cybersecurity, trying to get people to stop doing the stupid thing that isn't securing them, and instead get them to do the right thing that will secure them.
In any case, if you wanted to build a faraday cage, Enemy of the State is much closer to the mark. For one thing, you'll need ventilation. You'll suffocate in a room that's just tinfoil.
Power, ventilation, lighting: all these things will mess up your faraday cage. You don't actually need foil if your mesh is fine enough, and mesh lets air through.
