I'm continuing to narrow my focus. Just a few months ago I had plans for more products and startup ideas, then I decided to only focus on HostiFi for a few months, and this month I even killed off 3 of my products - #UniFi Video, #UCRM, and @ghostifi_net.

#UniFi Video was a high churn product - people didn't read the bandwidth and storage limitations. Rather than dealing with the churn and support questions for that product, I closed it so I can focus more on improving the top sellers - #UniFi + #UNMS.

#UCRM is now integrated into #UNMS as one product.

@NathanBarry took the time to meet with us @earnestcapital founders and talked about how he built and grew @ConvertKit. It was very inspiring to me. I've decided to put more time into direct sales as a result which is why I hired a pt assistant this month.

I'm excited to be working with our first technical support hire as well, he has 2 years of experience already working specifically with #Ubiquiti #UniFi and #UNMS. Eventually, he will help to free up my time so that I can focus more on the web development.
