So I passed out yesterday at the gym

Here are a few things I learnt:

1. There's no light welcoming you, you just feel like you're losing yourself

2. Gym trainers need some life saving skills, fanning and pouring water can't save a person

3. Every gym needs a defibrillator
Was a scary moment, I said my last prayers just before things went dark.

Only to wake and still give directions on how I should be cared for.

"Raise my legs, get me a blood pressure monitor"

No one knew how to do CPR, what if I had a had attack.

New goal: Teach them CPR
I'm just sad because, forever, I'll be known as the doc who passed out!

But doctor no dey sick na,

Thanks to the guys there who took me to the hospital afterwards to get checked.

Currently: No hospital duty for this doctor, man is chilling watching feem, I cannot coman die.
One guy was slapping me as I was blacking out shouting "Nigaa don't sleep on me!" We have score to settle, let me just get better first.

I must slap my own back.

I could see the fear in his eyes, poor guy, he did not know what to do.
So I'm going to teach you what to do when someone faints and how to give CPR, it's going to be a video, not a thread and I'll partner with instructors in that line to help you understand better.

Every one should know how to do it.
Everyone!

I'll tell you before it comes out
