It's because the deputy speakers don't vote, but because they retain their original party membership (unlike The Speaker) they don't show up separately in the party lists.
And when you want to work out how many voting MPs each side has got, you have to know how many deputy speakers came from which particular party.
And the clarity on these details is non-existent on the parliament website.

Opposition: 319

Government working majority: 1.
