The Big Secret to Being a Really Great Entrepreneur that Most People Who Start A Business Miss

So I always get the question: What's your secret?

I dont even think I've "made it", although quite a number think I have, so maybe I have.

Anyway, so my response to that question...
would always be,"there's no secret". And truly there's no secret. So if there's no secret,why did I use the word "secret" in the title of this thread?

Because the word "secret" is an attention grabber. Learn to use it well where appropriate.

Onward.

There are no secrets BUT...
there are patterns. Watch successful people or healthy people, or rich people, or any high achieving person in any field, you'll find there are patterns they follow, things they do that give them results on a consistent basis.

It's no different with successful entrepreneurs.
Find what the patterns are and follow it and you'll soon have yourself a successful business or health or marriage or whatever else you want in life.

So what are the success patterns of great business people?

Here it is:

Startup -> Momentum -> Business Building -> Rapid Growth
Let me break them down, one by one.

Start Up.

Basically you have to START.

You finally take the idea out of your mind and START implementing.

You register the business name, get a bank account, file tax papers, rent an office, etc..

The majority never even get to this stage.
At the startup stage, you should also have the cash you need to grow your business.

Many also get stuck here and never pull out of the gate.

2. Momentum:

This is you finding a market opportunity gap (the pain you can solve with a product or service.

Then creating a compelling
offer and then using a marketing system appropriate for the model to bring in cash; in other words:

Right Target Market + Right Offer + Right Marketing.

You can do this as a one man business but you will hit an income ceiling. If that ceiling is fine by you, 👍🏿, otherwise...
the next thing you should do is to align for growth by adding in business systems.

When you build a system into your business, then you truly have a BUSINESS. Because now you can free yourself from it.

Do you know why you can walk into any Dominos Restaurant in the world and...
walk out with a pizza in 10 minutes?

It's because they have a dialed in, predictable system.

This is when you start recruiting, assigning roles and running a team of helpers (read: staff) and outsourcers.

You start looking for top talent per position),

You start tracking...
and measuring results and seeing how they affect results. This helps you keep score, translates strategy into action and gives you the ability to get free). You start synergizing and forming Joint-Venture alliances with complimentary businesses and top experts in your field to...
gain momentum (this is the fastest way to build a brand with the least risk). You start creating product development systems, increasing number of new clients and their value, eliminating critical dependency on you for your business to grow (a friend of mine has been away from...
his business now for nearly 6 months, yet it's business is booming). Business building greatly reduces chance of product failure and eliminates major constraint preventing
businesses to grow and become really profitable.

Finally, you come to RAPID GROWTH.

At this stage your...
no longer requires you. This is El Dorado. It can grow as long as it's steered right and it can be done by anyone else that's not you.

So identify using these descriptions where your business is at.

Gain clarity and take responsibility.
