If you know how to do something many people don’t know how to and are eager to learn, share it for free on social media. Don’t be stingy.
It doesn’t mean you should stop selling information. Infact, giving out free information will help you sell more. I have sold more of my books because I gave out two chapters for free and also for my free teachings on Instagram.
If you are good at repairing computers, share some tips online. If you are good at graphic design, share some tips online. Sharing will help people and will help you too. That is the reason why I share all I share.

When a new social media platform starts “picking up”, go right there and register for an account with your desired username. Maybe your brand name. It doesn’t matter whether you don’t like the new platform, just register it... TODAY!

Let me tell you why.

In 2008, I opened a twitter account for myself, (@akinalabi). I didn’t like twitter then. I didn’t start using it regularly until a few years ago. You know what? If I didn’t register it then, someone would have registered @akinalabi especially when you consider it is a very name.
Now that I am serious with the Akin Alabi brand, I would have regretted not registering it then. Same with Instagram. I did the same thing even when I didn’t like it. I did it with Snapchat too. It brings consistency to your brand. Go and registered your “regular” username.

I normally buy tables at concerts I attend. Or should I say the company buys it. So 10 of us would attend. There was a time we bought 3 tables because a lot of people wanted to attend that concert. I think it was Olamide’s concert.
One day, there was a concert and as usual I bought a table. I didn’t ask for who wanted to go, I just went ahead and bought it. Surprise surprise... I found out only 4 of us were interested in the concert. I had to start calling friends asking if they were interested.

And it’s this simple concept that’s the backbone of any successful sales proposition you make. (However if I were you, I’d probably leave out the threats of violence in your sales piece.)
From now on, your job is to create such powerful offers that anyone reading it would say to themselves, “My goodness, I’d have to be a complete idiot not to take them up on this deal!”

And creating a powerful offer like this is easier than you think.

You can’t make this stuff up. It turns out the man who had a verbal spat with @itsericathomas is a Democrat and he has social media pages filled with anti-Trump hate, even calling Trump a Nazi. He denies telling her to be sent back but he did say some rude things. Very messy.
The media uncritically ran with a racist Republican angle. @itsericathomas now says he DIDN’T say go back where you came from and we find out the "racist white guy" she accused is actually a Hispanic Democrat who says she’s lying for political purposes.
Watch: Eric Sparkes, the man accused by @itsericathomas of saying "Go back where you came from" admits they had a verbal spat but says she’s lying for political gain, he’s a Democrat too and doesn’t support Trump. After that Erica admits he didn’t say those exact words.

People nowadays have the power to be content creators on any platform

People need content ideas

Brands that create products with nice packaging or unique functionality that give people content to post are the ones that will blow up the fastest
When you’re marketing for your product, market it as if you’re suggesting content ideas for people that would purchase it for the sole purpose of taking pics and posting on their social media

some people will only buy your stuff JUST to take pics
This is where content marketing comes in:

Look at how anti social social club used influencers to promote a specific camera angle to capture their caps, so everyone started buying caps and posting that same picture to their IG
