Keeping your naming consistent across your account can sometimes be tedious especially when you are spending 6 or 7 figures a month.

Something that helps a ton with that is Find and Replace.

It has been a huge time saver over the past few months.

*Naming Conventions Thread*
I know Naming Conventions isn't a "cool" topic but if you are serious about being a good media buyer you have to have your account organized.

I have never seen a bad media buyer have an unorganized account.

Never.

So, this is how you use the Find and Replace feature ⬇️
Select what you want to rename, then press the drop down arrow next to Edit.

Then click Find and Replace and enter what you want to replace with what you want it be updated with.

It's so much better than having to change names one by one.
Also the main way I duplicate things is with the copy and paste feature, which I talk more about here 👇

Having proper naming conventions is very important and helps you to analyze things much quicker since everything is named properly.

It's also essential if you are running ads for clients.

It makes you look much more professional when you have everything named properly.
Using Find and Replace also makes it easy to get rid of "- Copy" after duplicating ads into new campaigns.

I don't know if it's just me but I hate having that on any campaign, ad set or ad.
You do this by typing in " - Copy" in the first bar and having nothing in the second bar.

This will get rid of it for you and keep your account looking clean!

Now you won't look like a noob anymore....
