During the transition, IP3 officials went to SA to convince MBS to give them $120m for a 10% stake in IP3. The whole plan hinged on Flynn's political pull and Trump's expected support.

Nov 20, '16: Adm Hewitt emails a nuke exec explaining that Trump will start mentioning the IP3 program in public talking points. He sounds excited.

sends Flynn the list of IP3 staff headed to SA and excitedly offers her own expertise. She's been working on the Marshall Plan for the last 18 months. ?!

Adm Hewitt sends email to Barrack containing draft of a POTUS decision memo with a signature line for Trump. It was the Marshall Plan outline. 😱

Jan 27, '17: NSC Derek Harvey meets IP3 at the White House. Harvey wants Trump to mention the "40 nuclear power plants" on phone call with King of SA. Staffers say that's illegal, yo. See: 123 Atomic Energy Act.
