Cummings touches on the mass shootings:

Referring to the president's criticism of Baltimore, Cummings said that he welcomes constructive criticism but unbalanced criticism can be destructive b/c it can be self-fulfilling -- robbing a community of the confidence to change and improve
Cummings: "I rarely go a week without getting a death threat. I'm just trying to do my job."
Cummings invites Trump to Baltimore for a ride-along to see the district, "to see all the wonderful things that are happening."
