Look at the prop CC language. “Without raising taxes...”. They literally want to take away TAX refunds that are due to residents per the Colorado Constitution.

There are at least 7 or 8 ERPO (aka "red flag") bills in Congress, by both Republicans and Democrats. It's like it's a competition to see who can get theirs through first. One such bill is the Jake Laird Act of 2019.
This one is slick because it doesn't mention the terms Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) or Red Flag anywhere in the bill. But, all you have to do is read a few sections down and there is the language:
"SEC. 3. GRANTS FOR FIREARM SEIZURE LAW.

(a) Authorization.—The Attorney General is authorized to make grants to States that have in place a law which authorizes the seizure of a firearm from a dangerous individual in accordance with section 4.

Does everyone understand that Bernie is the chosen one? It matters not who "won the debate". The far Left, which is running the Democrat Party, is all in for Bernie. They were in for Bernie in 2016, and they are even more in for Bernie in 2020. They believe he was cheated in 2016
so it's his turn now. There are deep ties between The Squad (and their staff), the radical Leftist Marxist orgs (Justice Democrats, DSA, Our Revolution, BAMN, Border Support Network, Antifa, etc), The Young Turks... the list is long... and Bernie's campaign.
Even some of the other candidates will be all in for Bernie, hoping to secure an administration post: Gabbard (big 2016 Bernie supporter), Buttigieg, Beto, Steyer, Yang, and, of course Warren. The ticket will be Bernie/Warren or Warren/Bernie. You heard it here first!😛
