I don’t hope for the kind of “equality” that see suspects of all races, white terrorists and black shoppers minding their business, killed equally and at the same rates. But it is an indication of who not only has certain rights in America, but gets to survive certain scenarios.
It is impossible to see these mass shootings and their aftermath, as well as the widespread gun culture in America, as disconnected to the disproportionate police brutality and violence that African Americans and other people of color suffer in this country.

It should be a bigger story that the president is vetoing bipartisan anti-war bills seemingly for personal profit.
It should be a bigger story that Trump's vetoes mean he's bombing Yemeni children in solidarity with Saudi Arabia and in defiance of Congress.

It should be a bigger story that you're no longer allowed to even know how many civilians are killed in your name.
It should be a bigger story that many members of Congress who say they're against the war in Yemen keep voting to increase military spending anyway.

It should be a bigger story that military spending keeps growing while social services keep getting cut.

According to new legal docs, the FBI arrested Chase Bliss Colasurdo Wednesday in Washington state after an investigation uncovered multiple serious death threats directed at President Trump's family members.
Authorities were tipped off in March about Colasurdo's social media posts, in which he targeted Kushner and Trump Jr. by name. In Feb, he also sent an email to 5 different media outlets saying ... "I'm going to personally Execute [Kushner] for his countless treasonous crimes."

ISIS flag clearly visible on the bomb.
also of note: the construction of this bomb is kind of silly. A large timer wrapped to the outside with wires just isn't needed. All of that could have been made so as to conceal it inside the device. This was made to be found... in my opinion.
That's also why the ISIS flag was placed on the bomb. The bomb maker/makers knew this would get flagged in screening, found and then reported on like crazy.
